What it is
A facilitated session where you and your colleagues experience flow in practice — not as theory, but through movement, collaboration, and focus.
The experience creates a shared reference point that makes later conversations about flow concrete and grounded.
How it works
The session is led by an experienced Think Flow facilitator. You choose the format that fits your context:
Short session (approx. 45 minutes)
A compact, engaging experience that sparks curiosity and energy.
Extended session (approx. 2 hours)
Allows more time for reflection, dialogue, and connection to your own reality.
Can be run at your premises or as part of an internal event.

Understand Your flow - how work actually moves and where it gets stuck

By visualizing your development flow end-to-end, we build a common understanding of the whole — how different steps interact and influence each other.

We meet with you on a few occasions, in your environment, together with people who are part of the flow.
Together we map and visualize your development flow.
Total time: approximately 6–8 hours
